Your prices stay exactly what you set and your business is never charged. On paid plans you can turn this fee off in Finance Settings, so clients pay your price and nothing else.
On the free plan, clients pay online when they book. On paid plans you can also let them leave a deposit or pay in cash at their appointment. You choose which options to offer in your settings.
