Is the free plan really every feature?

Yes. Multiple calendars, unlimited staff with their own logins, your own booking link, services and pricing you control, SMS and email confirmations and reminders, automatic rescheduling with optional fees, gift cards, promo codes, loyalty points, and full sales reports including per-technician payouts. Free means free.

What fees do I pay as a business?

None. FLWR charges no commission on any plan, and there are no setup or hidden fees. On the free plan, clients pay a small 5% service fee at checkout. Your prices stay exactly what you set and your business is never charged. Paid plans can turn this fee off in Finance Settings.

Can I switch plans anytime?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade whenever you like, and your calendars, staff, clients and history come with you. Paid plans are month to month with no contracts, and you can cancel anytime.

Do I need a card to start?

No. The free plan needs no payment method at all, and you can run your whole business on it for as long as you like.

Payments & the checkout fee

What is the 5% service and convenience fee?

It's how the free plan stays free. To offer every feature at no cost to your business, we have to cover hosting, SMS delivery, payment infrastructure and human customer support somehow. So on the Free plan a small 5% fee is added to the client's total at checkout. Your business is never charged, and you keep everything you priced. On any paid plan you can switch the fee off entirely in Finance Settings.

How do clients pay?

On the free plan, clients pay online when they book. On paid plans you can also let them leave a deposit or pay in cash at their appointment. With the POS add-on, you can take card, tap and cash in person too, and it all lands in the same reports.

Do you take commission on bookings?

Never. 0% commission on every plan. The number in your sales report is the number in your pocket.

Can clients leave deposits?

On paid plans, yes. You choose whether clients pay in full online, leave a deposit, or pay in cash later, and you can set it per your preference in your settings.

Bookings & clients

How do clients book?

Through your own booking link, in four taps: choose a service, pick a professional, select a date and time from your real availability, and confirm. It works around the clock, from your Instagram bio, Google profile, website or texts.

What messages do clients get?

A confirmation the moment they book, with a reschedule link included. An instant SMS or email if the appointment changes. A reminder 24 hours before the appointment. And a few hours after their visit, a quick feedback request, with negative ratings filtered internally so you hear about problems before the internet does.

How do clients reschedule?

They tap the reschedule link in their confirmation, or enter their phone number on your booking page, and pick a new time from your live availability. You can set a rescheduling cut-off and an optional same-day fee, and change both anytime.

Can I turn loyalty points off?

Yes. Loyalty points, gift cards and promo codes each toggle on or off whenever you like. Your business, your rules.

The free website

What's the free website offer?

Every FLWR business can claim a website built around their booking link, free. Sign up, then message us through the live chat in your dashboard with your business name, logo and photos, and we build it.

Is it a template?

No. Your site is custom coded by hand around your brand, with your gallery, testimonials, services and booking link. Want something specific, like before-and-after sliders or a team page? Just ask in the chat.

Do I own the website?

Yes, it's yours to keep. There are no design fees and no hosting hassle on our end of it.

The POS add-on

What does the POS cost?

There's no monthly software fee, on any plan. You buy the hardware once: the Samsung tablet register is $400, the Stripe S710 card reader is $300, and the optional receipt printer is $150. Standard card processing rates apply to card payments.

Do you set the POS up for me?

Yes. We configure the tablet with your account, services and staff PINs, pair and test the reader, and ship everything to your door ready to take its first payment. We stay on chat with you for your first day live.

Does the POS sync with my reports?

Instantly. Card, tap and cash payments from the counter land in the same sales reports, technician payouts and tip tracking as your online bookings. No end-of-week reconciling.

Account & support

Can I export my data?

Yes. Financial reports export to CSV with one click, and you can request a full export of your data anytime.

How do I get support?
